How It All Began

After years of navigating toxic workplaces and chasing goals that had nothing to do with me, I found myself severely burned out and disconnected. So, I turned inward. I realized I could leverage my interests in mindfulness and energy work as well as my skills in personal branding, writing, and storytelling to reclaim my path. Today, I use everything I've learned to support others holistically.
