Cancellation Policy
Things happen—if you need to reschedule, please try to do so at least 12 hours before your appointment. Because of the prep time involved with each experience, services are not refundable unless they are unfulfilled by the service provider or cancelled by the client at least 48 hours in advance. Appeals for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will need to schedule the experience again with no refund credited to your method of payment.
